When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and any optional team size or support needs you share. Please do not submit sensitive information or personal information about your customers.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to understand your needs, respond to you, arrange a conversation, and manage follow-up about ServiceForth. Submitting the form does not book an appointment or subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a private database on the server hosting this website. They are available to the business through restricted server access, not through a public webpage. We use a hosting provider to run the website and retain inquiry information while it is needed for business follow-up and records. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Cookies and technical data

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and website images are hosted on this server. Hosting systems process technical information needed to serve and protect the site, such as IP addresses and requests. Temporary rate limits help prevent form abuse. The server stores a salted hash derived from your IP address for rate limiting, rather than the raw IP address. Rate-limit entries become eligible for deletion after 24 hours and are cleared on later submission attempts.

Email and other services

If you choose an email link, your email app opens a message to our shared ServiceForth / Remote Service Office inbox at remoteserviceofficeco@gmail.com. That email is processed by your email provider and Google. Form submissions are stored on our server; they do not automatically create a calendar event or send an email.

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion, contact remoteserviceofficeco@gmail.com and mention ServiceForth. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Service customers

This notice covers this marketing website and business inquiries. Handling information on behalf of plumbing companies, including their callers and customers, is subject to the service arrangements agreed with each company.
